Therefore, this Branchsight Personal Data Protection Enlightenment Letter (“Enlightenment Letter”) is prepared to explain how your personal data is collected, processed, and shared in collaboration with Branchsight and its affiliates. This Enlightenment Letter applies to all Branchsight users (“Users”, "you", "your") regardless of whether you are registered to the Branchsight, which package you are registered with, or whether you use our website or mobile application. 1. What Personal Data Do We Collect?

To provide you a valuable service, there are certain personal data that we need to process. We collect and process your Personal Data from you directly, through your use of our services, and from third-party sources. The personal data we collect from you includes:

  • Data directly from you. When you register with Branchsight, use any of our services, and/or contact us directly/indirectly through any communication channel, we collect your name, surname, email address, and telephone number. For the use of paid services, payments are collected through third-party service providers, and in this context, the first 6 and last 4 digits of your debit/credit card provided are stored.
  • Data obtained through your use of services. When you benefit from, download, and/or use our services, we may collect aggregate usage data that is not personally identifying such as device type, operating system, internet browser, screen resolution, language and keyboard settings, location, internet service provider, referring and exit pages, date and time stamps, as well as browsing and clicking activities, session heat maps, and scrolling behaviors.
  • Data collected from third-party sources. For example, i) from security service providers that help us detect fraudulent users, ii) from social media platforms - when you log in or register with your social media account, we may receive Personal Data like your username and basic profile, and iii) from advertising and marketing partners who help us monitor, manage, and measure our advertising campaigns.

2. How Do We Process/Use Your Personal Data?

Your personal data is collected in digital environment through the channel you contact us by, by, partially or entirely, automatic means or as part of a data recording system, and if you send us, in physical form through physical documents like forms, documents, notifications, and warnings.

Your personal data is collected and processed for the purposes stated above, primarily for the provision of services. The legal basis for processing your personal data under Article 5 of the TDPL are:

4. With Whom and Why Do We Share Your Personal Data?

  • • Third-Party Service Providers: We partner with prominent service providers that complement, facilitate, and support our services and solutions, including hosting and server co-location services, communications, content delivery networks (CDN), data and cybersecurity services, billing and payment processing services, design/advertising services, fraud detection and prevention services, web analytics, email marketing and monitoring services, session recording and remote access services, performance measurement, data optimization, and marketing services, content providers, and legal and financial advisors of us.
  • • Law Enforcement: Under legal requests such as subpoenas, legal proceedings, search warrants, or court orders, or as required by the Personal Data Protection Law and/or other relevant laws, we may transfer / give access to your Personal Data to official institutions, with or without prior notice.
  • • Social Media Features and Framed Pages: Our Services include Social Media Features such as "Connect with Facebook," "Sign in with Google," "Like on Facebook," "Share This" buttons, and other interactive mini-programs, which may collect certain Personal Data like your IP address and the page you are visiting on our Website and may place a cookie to enable their proper functioning. These Social Media Features may be hosted by a third party or hosted directly on our Services. Your interactions with these features are governed by the privacy policy of the company providing it. No:5 İç Kapı No:1 Şişli / İstanbul adresimize bizzat elden veya noter kanalıyla, KEP adresimize güvenli elektronik imza, mobil imza ya da Branchsight’a daha önce bildirilen ve sistemimizde kayıtlı bulunan elektronik posta adresinizi kullanmak suretiyle iletebilirsiniz.

5. Your Rights Regarding Your Personal Data (Rights of the Related Person)

As a related person, you have the rights stipulated below. Your requests to exercise any of rights will be finalized by us, free of charge, as soon as possible, but at the lates within 30 days via written or secure electronic communication tools. It is crucial that the personal data we hold about you is accurate and current; therefore, it is essential to inform us of any changes to your personal data.

As a related person you have the right to:

    • Learn whether your personal data are being processed or not,
  • • Request additional information on processing if your personal data is processed,
  • • Learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used for the intended purposes,
  • • Know the third parties to whom your personal data are transferred in country or abroad,
  • • Request rectification of incomplete or inaccurate personal data and request to inform the third parties whom your personal data has been transferred,
  • • Request the erasure or destruction of personal data in case the reasons necessitating their processing cease to exist, and request to inform the third parties whom your personal data has been transferred,
  • • Object to occurrence of a result arising from the analyzing the data processed solely by automated systems,
  • • Request compensation for the damages in case of loss due to unlawful processing of personal data.

You can send your requests regarding your personal data rights along with the documents demonstrates your identity and your petition containing your request to Esentepe District, Talat Pasha Street, No:5 Internal Door No:1, Sisli / Istanbul either in person or through a notary, or to our KEP address with a secure electronic signature, mobile signature, or by using the email address previously provided to Branchsight and registered in our system.
