  • 9.2. Disputes shall be resolved before the official courts if the parties is unable to resolve in good faith. Disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, before exclusive jurisdiction of Istanbul courts and execution offices.

11. General Provisions

  • 11.5 This Agreement may be drafted in multiple languages. In case of any discrepancy between the languages, the Turkish version shall prevail and be applied.
